Total Flex Ink Series 

Total Ink Solutions® All Purpose Series is a phthalate free plastisol ink that has a high opacity and EXTRA bleed resistant formulation to go along with our low cure creamy ink formulation to make this the ultimate choice when dealing with highly pigmented apparel that are prone to bleeding. This ink is our NEWEST formulation and we are excited for you to start using it in your shop!

Total Ink Solutions, Manufactures its own Plastisol ink All Purpose series.  This is Not a Wilflex product. This is a Total Ink All-purpose Base with a  Wilflex  Epic Color Match.

    Stock Use:

    100% Cotton
    50% Cotton / 50% Polyester
    40% Cotton / 60% Polyester
    100% Cotton / 90% Polyester
    TRI BLENDS
    100% Polyester 

    Details:

    Designed as a multipurpose ink on up to a 100% Polyester substrate. Highly bleed prone athletic apparel should still use dedicated ATHETIC series inks for best results. For most shops this ink will same time by no longer needing to swap out ink in the middle of a job when changing apparel types. For the best color output, it is suggested to use a white base on dark. For multiple colors and printing on dark garments, use an under base white such as our ALL PURPOSE White.

    Curing Instructions:

    Flash at 230°F (110°C) for 3 - 5 seconds and cure at 300°F (149°C) – 320°F (160°C).

    Clean Up:

    OPTIWASH 125 – Ink Remover

    Storage Information:

    Store at 65-90°F (18-32°C), avoiding direct sunlight. Best Use within one year of manufacturing date.

    Compliance:

    In Compliance with CPSIA (Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act) 2008 Section 101 Lead Content in substrates (<300 ppm lead) as Section 108 Phthalates (<.1 dbp dehp>
