QUICK PRINT PVC

Printing with lighter colored inks and films, especially on darker fabrics, can be tricky. Light colored inks and films may allow the fabric color to be visible, which can alter the image's appearance. To avoid this, lighter inks often require thicker applications of pigments or films to prevent this. Thicker films, in turn, mean the film needs to be heated for longer periods of time (and often at a higher temperature). However, when fabrics are exposed to higher temperatures for extended periods of time it increases the possibility of burns, scorching, or even setting the fabric on fire. QUICK PRINT PVC ensures this is not a problem.

The QUICK PRINT PVC when pressed firmly against cotton and cotton blend fabrics will adhere to the fabric in eight seconds (at a temperature of 305 degrees F). This ensures a clean, secure film press for optimal color, without the risk of burns or scorching.

The combination of high-temperatures and extended heat exposure does mean you need to choose your garment material carefully. Cotton blends and some synthetics do work fine. However, be careful with 100% polyester. These materials are more likely to melt when exposed to prolonged heat. If you're pressing QUICK PRINT PVC onto an athletic uniform, consider a cotton/polyester blend.
