Anatol’s Metal Halide exposure machine uses 3K multi-spectrum metal halide lamps to produce high-quality screen exposures. Metal halide lamps reduce glass temperature, power usage, and environmental heating compared to UV fluorescent lamps. The Metal Halide exposure unit is controlled via a user-friendly control panel with access to all exposure settings, including vacuum drawdown/release, lamp output, and power consumption. The fully-contained design ensures the lamp remains off while the blanket is up. Gas shocks allow for easy opening/closing of the frame. A unique manifold system ensures intimate contact between film and screen by drawing the vacuum evenly around the frame to give you even exposure across the whole screen.
