DESCRIPTION:
High Opaque Plastisol Ink/PF-HO Series is popularized with its consistent high-opaque print result on dark and light colored textiles. It is a formulation compatible to most plastisol additives For quick and easy modification in many textile applications.
High Opaque Plastisol Ink/PF-HO Series is ready to use straight from the container or can be extended up to 50% for light color applications.
Important Note: High Opaque Plastisol Ink/PF-HO Series colors do not contain bleed inhibitors. When Bleed Resistance is of the utmost concern, use PF-BR Series.
Note: Pre-test on actual substrate before any full production run, for dye bleeding, adhesion, wash fastness and other desired effects.
FINISH:
Durable, soft-hand finish.
COLORS:
Available low-bleed opaque colors; formulated using non-leaded pigments.
SCREEN FABRIC:
Mesh counts up to 355 mono filament polyester (142T European Mesh).
STENCIL:
Dual-sensitized direct method photo emulsion or SBQ pre-sensitized photo emulsion or equivalent
CURE/DRYING:
Heat-cure at approximately 320°F (160°C) for 2 to 3 minutes. Will not air-dry.
MODIFICATIONS:
To reduce ink viscosity with RE-703 or RE-704, add 5% or less (by weight of ink). Reducer is to be used very sparingly and only when RE-705 can be added up 10 to 20% (by weight of ink) if color shade or Opacity is not crucial.
SQUEEGEE:
When printing textiles, use a medium hard (65-75 durometer) squeegee.
STORAGE:
Plastisols respond to heat. Always store at cool room temperatures below 90°F (32°C). Avoid exposing inks to elevated temperatures before printings.
