    Details:

    Print glitter with ease by using the correct mesh screen. There is no need for an underbase with this product. Simply print 2 hits of ink and you are good to go for each color. If you are printing multiple inks, then flash the glitter ink at 220°F (105°C) for 3 – 5 seconds prior to printing your next color. The glitters reflective attribute may elongate the flash time depending on flash unit. Make sure to test prior to full production.

    MESH:

    For automatic presses we recommend 25-30 Mesh. On Manual presses we recommend 40 mesh or lower screens.

    Curing Instructions:

    Flash at 220°F (105°C) for 3 – 5 seconds and cure at 280°F (137°C) – 300°F (148°C).

    Clean Up:

    OPTIWASH 125 – Ink Remover

    Storage Information:

    Store at 65-90°F (18-32°C), avoiding direct sunlight. Best Use within one year of manufacturing date.
