CWB Plastisol Ink Series

Total Ink Solutions® CWB Ink Series is a phthalate free plastisol ink that was designed specifically for use with the CWB INK SEPS Color system for simulated process printing. This system is based on 6 primary colors plus white, black and grey.

Details:

For simulated process prints the CWB Ink Series is your solution. Separate your artwork on the ink seps separator, print your films, and burn your screens, then use the suggested ink colors to print your simulated process prints. Most colors can be printed Wet on Wet but you will need to add extra flashes when printing some designs do to the amount of ink layed down for the print. For bleed resistance, use an under base white such as our 5 Star Bright White.

Curing Instructions:

Flash at 250°F (121°C) for 3 - 5 seconds and cure at 320°F (160°C) – 330°F (165°C).

Clean Up:

OPTIWASH 125 – Ink Remover

Storage Information:

Store at 65-90°F (18-32°C), avoiding direct sunlight. Best Use within one year of manufacturing date.

In Compliance with CPSIA (Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act) 2008 Section 101 Lead Content in substrates (<300 ppm lead) as Section 108 Phthalates (<.1 dbp dehp>
