Unopened and non customized products can be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date. Please see below for specifics on certain items.

All returned / exchanged items will incur a 15% restocking fee.

The buyer is responsible for shipping the item(s) back to Total Ink Solutions, and insuring them for damage.

Returns / Exchanges

A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund, as long as the item is undamaged and unopened. The Buyer will be responsible for the shipping cost, and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund or exchange.

COVID 19 UPDATE: During the period of the quarantine, and until further notice we are not accepting returns, for the safety of our employees and their families. This is a temporary policy, and we will let you know when we are accepting returns again. If there is any issue with your order please call 201-487-9600 and email photos to We will fix any issues, but we can not accept returned items currently.


Damaged / Wrong items

Any damaged item(s) will be replaced with the identical item(s). Any item(s) shipped in error will need to be returned and the correct items will be shipped to the customer ASAP.  The cost of shipping on these issues will be covered by Total Ink Solutions.


Ink Cartridges

Ink Cartridges can not be returned. If there are any issues with the cartridges they will be replaced for the identical items. Returns for incorrect printers are not allowed.


Custom Items / Vinyl

A customized / cut item may not be returned. Vinyl may only be returned if it is a pre-rolled product in a retail box of 25 yards of more.


Educational Classes

Refunds are eligible up until 1 week before the class. Refunds after that period of time are not possible as we have booked the instructor, and purchased material required for the class.


Equipment Sales

Equipment may not be returned. Please call (877) 937-6400 to discuss equipment issues.


Sale Items

Sale items can be returned. If Free shipping was applied to your items. The shipping cost to you will be deducted from your refund.
